September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

"Today 36 children will die from cancer
So while we are getting ready for a fun summer weekend.....
108 families will be mourning the loss of their little ones.

Cancer Sucks!"

Thank you to Tanner's blog for the info and reminder. As you all know, this hits very close to home for us. (Ha, ha!) Cancer does suck, I couldn't agree more. It turns life completely upside down and makes kids grow up way too fast. However, beautiful experiences come, great people are met, many blessings are given and lifelong lessons are learned. Please, if your child complains of pain somewhere, gets bruises easily, is tired more than usual, or things "just don't seem right," take them to a doctor and ask for blood work, a mri or an x-ray. Early detection is the key! And please, spread this to as many people as possible.
