Labor Day Weekend

We had the opportunity to take the boat out over the long weekend! We met up with some friends from mine and Cory's college days, the Bishops, at Deer Creek Reservoir.

Once we put the boat in the water, we headed across the lake to find a "beach" to have some lunch. We found a nice rocky beach and ate hotdogs and chips.

Then it was time for some tubing. All 9 kids, even Amelia Bishop who is 3, got on the tubes! We had some great wipe-outs! Tim actually bounced off the tube twice before hitting the water in superman form! He loved it:) My friend Kelli and I got on the tubes as well!

After we had our fill of tubing and water, we loaded up and headed to the Bishop's house for dinner. We had yummy hamburgers and fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden! Thank you Bishops for a great day! We loved hanging out with you guys:)
