Round 14

I never thought I would see this day arrive! I knew it would come, it just seemed so far away when we started this cancer journey in January. Tim got his last round of chemo this morning at 4:30 am. That was two bags of chemo, each an hour long. The rest of the day he will get a maintenance fluid pumped in him til around 3:30 this afternoon. Then Tim will ring the bell and we will be out of there, hopefully to never spend another night on the fourth floor. There will be plenty of clinic visits, tests and scans, but no more chemo and sleeping on awful beds. I wonder if the floor would have been more comfortable:)

Hopefully, no more of this will have to enter Tim's body again!!

Wonder if Tim will ring the bell clear off the wall! He sure does deserve to do so:)
