Pumpkin Carving

It's that time of year again! My kids love picking out the perfect pumpkin and then carving it! This year, we got a few pumpkins from the garden-Tim's and the three I have yet to carve! The girls' pumpkins all came from a local pumpkin patch! This year, we listened to "spooky" music as we carved! The kids love the song "Thriller" and really enjoy the music video! Cory, Tim, Mak and I were fortunate to go see Odyssey Dance's Thriller performance this year thanks to Hope Kids. It was amazing! And Hope Kids is amazing too! The organization give kids with a life threatening illness something to look forward to by providing free or discounted activities that the kids and their families can attend. We've only been to a few because of Tim's schedule, but they were enjoyable and well planned. Here are a few pictures from our pumpkin carving night!

(Deciding on the perfect design!)

(Let the carving begin!)

(Katie's cat, Tim's skeleton face, my surprised face by the door, Mak's spider in web, and Kelli's evil face!) There is still 3 more pumpkins to carve:0
