Round 2

We had a pretty rough couple of days. Tim got another fever last night and Cory took him into the ER to get checked out. After a couple of hours of waiting around for tests, Tim came home. His counts were high enough and the fever was low enough that he could go home! This morning, we got a call from PCMC. They said that for sure Tim could come into today and that chemo would start again. Turns out that Tim has an ear infection-most likely from the little cold he has. And of course with cancer and chemo treatments, colds are just nasty:( Tim decided on his own to start treatments today instead of waiting a couple of more days for the infection to get better. He wants to miserable all at once in the hospital! That was a brave, grown up choice he made. Not easy, but he knows how important it is to stay on schedule with the treatments! Here we go again :)
