Last Saturday was the bake sale for Tim :) It was a huge success! We had over 250 items for sale (some donated by local bakeries, others made by neighbors and friends!) We sold out around noon and were cleaned up and out of there by 1. Even though there were clouds blocking the sun and the wind was blowing a little, we were warmed by the generous donations of so many! Here are a few pictures from the day.

Jonah, Mik and Tim on the corner getting people's attention!

Our set up for the day! So many yummy things to choose from!
Munchkin Radio came to the event and provided some music. It was all kid music, but it was fun and it got peoples' attention! He also had a cordless microphone that he let the kids take to the corner and talk in it! We had a lot of kids fighting over that thing:)

Kids out on the corner doing the "Chicken Dance!" Some of the Young Women in the ward came and held posters on the corners for us. They danced around like you see the Little Ceasar's Pizza guys do :)

And here we are holding up the poster that was so generously made and donated to us! Tim has a huge head! "It's like an orange on a toothpick!" for those of you who have seen "So I Married an Axe Murderer!"
Again, thank you so much to those of you who donated baked goods and those of you who came to the bake sale and bought goodies. I hope they were all to your liking :) We raised over $3400! Our next event is a yard sale on April 30th! Start your spring cleaning and contact Amy Baker if you have anything you would like to donate! Thanks again. We are getting through this because of all your support and love!

"It has its own weather system!" :) I watched that movie a million times in college. Late night shows at Movies 8, those were the best!
