Ouch!

Yesterday, I went over to a friend's house to visit for awhile.  I ended up helping her move some furniture out of her basement.  Cory and I were setting down an old cupboard when the door fell off and landed on my foot.  That hurt, but I thought nothing of it.  So, I walked around for awhile to "get the pain out."  My friend came over to see if I was ok.  She noticed that my foot was bleeding.  So, I walked home and had Cory take a look at my foot.  By now, I was in tears and in a lot of pain.  After examining my foot, he said I needed stitches and an x-ray!  So, off to the hospital I went with my Mom. 

About an hour and a half later, I was wheeled out of the ER with five stitches and a copy of an x-ray showing a fracture on the tip of my big toe.  What a way to start a weekend!
