Memorial Day Weekend

We had a busy, fun weekend!  Saturday afternoon, the three girls, my Mom and I made a quick trip out to Vernal.  We stopped at my step-dad's grave to clean it up and leave some flowers.  Then, I showed the girls where I spent my high school years.  They were shocked to see the small white house I lived it and mentioned how "old" it is:)
The girls and I at the cemetery.  It was very windy:)

Meanwhile, Cory and Tim stayed home and continued to demo the master shower.  Cory and I discovered mold underneath the tile and decided to take everything out and start over with a solid surface, hopefully granite!  A great way to spend a windy, cold, wet day:)

What Cory and I see everyday in our bathroom:(
Monday turned out to be a nice day.  So, after Cory and I did some more demo, we loaded up his dirt bike and my four-wheeler, and spent the afternoon riding in the mountains, American Fork Canyon to be precise!

Muddy, wet, steep trail!
Cory taking a break!
Yep, that's me!
So beautiful!  I almost went off the trail a couple of times looking at this view:)

Tim ended up going swimming with a friend!   He came home with a sun burnt face and shoulders.  The girls went swimming at my grandma's place.  Good thing the pool is heated because it wasn't exactly a super warm day.  No matter, they had a blast!

Mak striking a pose!
